Why Leading Strong exists

The work is not about becoming someone else.

Since 2007, Jason has designed and led coaching, leadership programs, and workshops across public, private, and nonprofit organizations. His work has focused on leadership development, communication, conflict resolution, collaboration, engagement, and wellbeing.

He founded Leading Strong in 2017 after seeing the same gap again and again: insight can be powerful, but insight alone does not tell a leader what the moment requires. Jason created a practice that connects self-awareness with wisdom, intention, and deliberate action.

Drawing on psychology, sport psychology, experiential learning, strengths, facilitation, and behavior design, Jason creates experiences people can participate in, not just listen to. His style is thoughtful and direct, structured and playful, and always connected to the realities of everyday leadership.

Speaking and facilitation

Ideas people can use after the room clears.

Jason brings curiosity, energy, practical frameworks, and participatory learning to keynotes, workshops, and facilitated conversations. The goal is not a temporary spark. It is insight people can turn into wisdom and intentional action.

The principles behind the practice

How Jason approaches the work.

01

Wisdom before action

Seeing clearly is the beginning. Wisdom comes from discerning what matters, what the moment requires, and what response best serves the people and purpose involved.

02

Practice over performance

Leadership is not a polished moment. It is a pattern of small choices that becomes more intentional with practice.

03

Legacy is lived daily

Your legacy is already taking shape in the trust you build, the questions you ask, and the courage you invite in others.

Jason works best with people who are ready to be honest and experiment.

You do not need to have the answer. You do need curiosity, a real challenge worth working on, and a willingness to try something different.

  • Leaders stepping into greater responsibility
  • Teams navigating growth, tension, or change
  • Organizations building intentional leadership cultures
  • People who want insight to become wisdom and action

Bring the real challenge.
